Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

Our overnight stay exceeded expectations. The check-in was seamless and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. A quick walk took us to a delightful cafe nearby for breakfast. noise from the club next door disrupted our evening, so consider requesting a room further from the ground floor.

Friendly staff, nice room, laundry services were slow. Flat-screen TV was great.

The stay was very pleasant, thanks to exceptionally clean accommodations and a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which enhanced the experience. I appreciated the availability of tea and coffee at the reception, adding to the overall convenience.

The restaurant and bar were closed for dinner and breakfast.

Gorgeous newly refurbished hotel with friendly service

I recently stayed for 3 nights in a spotless Standard Twin Room, and it was an absolute delight! The hotel is beautifully designed and super close to Anfield, making it a top choice for any football fan. The staff's friendliness made our stay even better, and the breakfast options were fantastic, especially with free parking. One small improvement could be more seating in the lounge areas.

we stayed for 2 nights n had a blast! the staff r super friendly n helpful, they really make u feel welcome. the beds r sooo comfy, i loved it. plus, it’s super close to anfield, perfect for any footy fans! the place was always clean n tidy too, def coming back.

the parking lot was kinda small so it was hard to find a spot n the breakfast could use more options.

Frames Hotel is beautifully decorated, offering a modern and inviting atmosphere. The common areas are easily accessible, with comfortable seating arrangements that make it perfect for seniors to relax and unwind after exploring the city.

Perhaps more seating in the lounge areas would help.

Fantastic stay with incredibly friendly staff. The location is perfect for football fans, just a short walk from Anfield. The shower pressure was excellent, but the parking lot is quite small, making it hard to find a spot.

my stay was absolutely amazing, especially for valentine's day. the room was spacious, spotless, and had great water pressure in the shower. it exceeded my expectations compared to my last visit in liverpool, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

there was no kettle in the room.

I stayed here for one night, and I was blown away by the extremely comfortable bed and outstanding breakfast options. Plus, the late check-out was a lovely perk! I'd definitely come back again.
